TURKEY
MOM'S STUFFING
THE TURKEY

Butter up the Turkey, after Steven's cleaned it.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sage.  Put gizzards in a pot with water, bouillon, and
onion.  Cook gizzards on low temp as long as turkey cooks, add water as needed.  Baste Turkey every ½ hour.

THE GRAVY

Use the water that the gizzards was cooking in for gravy.  Add a very small amount of the drippings from the turkey.  Follow basic
instructions from wondra can:  when the gizzards cook, I start with four cups of water.  So when it
's time to make the gravy, you
will need one cup of water and a ¼ cup of wondra flour.  It
's easier to work with smaller amounts though.  Start with ½ cup water
and 4 tbs of wondra.  Mix well.  Add more flour mixture as needed.
