HEALTHY KNOCKOFF KFC!!
In a Bowl, Mix together corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, marjoram, thyme, seasoned salt,  garlic
powder, onion powder, black pepper,cayenne pepper.

In a second bowl, buttermilk

In a third bowl, flour (for healthier option use whole wheat flour)


Spray your nonstick baking sheet with oil ( I use the pampered chef sprayer)

DIRECTIONS
1. Working one at a time, dip chicken pieces in buttermilk and moisten on all sides.

2. Place chicken in bowl with flour mixture and turn to coat.

3. Dip in buttermilk again, then coat with seasoned corn flake mixture.
Place chicken pieces on prepared baking sheet. Leave some space between chicken pieces (they should not be
touching). Using a small spoon, drizzle melted butter evenly over chicken.

4. Bake, uncovered, at
300º for 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear. Enjoy!
